Current Status

As of September 2005, Jack and Josh still have regular day jobs outside of their night and weekend work at eHow and wikiHow. Travis now devotes most of his work time to maintaining and improving eHow and wikiHow. In addition, a handful of people help out eHow on a part time basis. After 6 years of being in business, eHow is finally profitable, albeit on a vastly reduced cost structure from its earlier incarnations. While wikiHow is still losing money, it will continue to be fully funded by Jack and Josh. The eHow team is delighted to have brought a great website back from near death and are looking forward to continuing to make eHow more and more helpful to its readers. As eHow changes in the future, it will better fulfill its new mission of providing helpful, free instructions to solve the problems of everyday life.
