Broadway bakery to feature all-you-can eat dessert bar (Daily Journal)

New tasty treats will be available on Broadway in Burlingame beginning this weekend. The Chocolate Mousse Bakery will be opening its doors at 1199 Broadway on Saturday, Oct. 14. Last year, the Burlingame City Council allowed for five new restaurants in the Broadway area. The bakery, Chocolate Mousse Bakery, decided to give Burlingame a call after Ross Bruce, president of the Broadway Business Improvement District, put out a plea for some sweet treats on the street. The bakery specializes in boiled New York-style bagels, specialty cakes, cookies, cannolis, eclairs, cream puffs and gelato. Each Sunday the bakery will host an all-you-can-eat dessert bar from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for $8.95.
