Potato Chip Cookies
2 dozen
1 cup earth balance
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup crushed potato chips
1/4 cup milk (add as needed, you may not need it all)
1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional, for drizzle)
Preheat oven to 350.
Cream eb and sugar until fluffy and light. Add vanilla and flour,
mix in. Fold in crushed potato chips. Using a teaspoon, drop on
cookie sheet covered with parchment. Bake for 15 minutes until
light gold on the edges. If using the drizzle, let cookies cool,
then do the drizzle thing.
