Upgrade your original warranty, or get maintenance service for post-warranty machines.

Which service coverage is right for me? If your ThinkPad® or Lenovo 3000 notebook, ThinkCentre™ or Lenovo 3000 desktop system, or ThinkVision™ monitor is still within its original warranty period, then you can upgrade your service with a warranty service upgrade. If your notebook, desktop system or monitor is out of warranty, or you have an existing maintenance service that is about to expire, then post-warranty maintenance is right for you.

ThinkPlus Maintenance Services offer you a variety of service levels. Depending upon the specific machine model/type these may include:

• depot or on-site service
• one year increments up to four years
• next business day up to four hour/same day response

Upgrades are effective from the original date of hardware purchase, regardless of upgrade purchase date. For instance, if you purchased a machine on February 1, 2004, and then bought a four-year upgrade, your coverage will end on January 31, 2008.
