Battlestar Galactica: Part 1
The first part of miniseries began with the Galactica as an old war relic and museum, open for tours. Much of the Galactica was low tech, preventing any software based cylon attack. The 12 colonies are attacked by the cylons, due to Baltar instituting computers and networks into the Caprica defense system. These systems were exploited by Baltar's girl friend who it turns out is cylon in human form (later called "number six").
Battlestar Galactica: Part 2
Roslin and Adama gather the remaining ships of the 12 colonies into a fleet, and set forth on a quest for the mythical planet of the 13th colony.
