14-15 Day Detoxification Program

This Program begins with a “Super Hydration Structured Water Fast” for 4-5 Days, after which a Comprehensive Alkaline Food Program is Implemented. You will need to purchase Distilled Water and UDO’s Oil Blend.

Included with the Structured Fast is: One 32oz water bottle and a 4-5 day supply of Inner Balance – which is the Sprouted Greens you will be adding to the Distilled Water.
