Lose
weight while you sleep! Weight loss without
exercise! As seen on Oprah!
Anyone with an email account has gotten spammed
by hgh marketers making these do nothing diet
claims. Well it just is not
true.
Even with injectable hgh the automatic results
are small. If you weigh 150 lbs., you could
probably expect to exchange about 10 lbs. of fat for about 10 lbs.
of muscle.
This would take a number of months.
The best natural hgh products seem to have a
similar effect. Though it depends on the
ingredients and is not guaranteed.
If your doing the math, you picked up on the fact
that this is an exchange. Fat loss and muscle
gain. A great concept called
fitness.
Now here is the really good part!
I am going to make some assumptions:
-
You are 150 lbs. and would like to be
120lbs.
-
You eat a reasonable diet but have solid room for
improvement
-
You are not a couch potato but not an exercise
fanatic, maybe barely exercise
You now make the following changes:
-
You start taking a good natural
releaser.
-
You make those little dietary improvements that
you already no you should.
-
You make a couple bigger improvements ….. small
fries, no fries or no drive up
-
You add 15-30 min of light daily exercise … yoga,
cardio, minor weights
Over the next 6 to 12 months you
could see the change you desire. I have talked
to hundreds of people who have had these kinds of
results.
Don’t focus just on the scale.
The increase in lean muscle will offset some of the fat
loss. However, you will
look and feel better than someone who just lost weight.
Of course, if you work harder at it, this can all
happen faster.
Just keep in mind that a steady and sustained
program works better in the long run than a big
program that you don’t stick to.
The diet and weight loss category will talk more
on human growth hormone research in this field.
We will also report on topics of a more general nature that might
be helpful to you.

The most accessible, most affordable and probably
the best human growth hormone program for most
people, is the use of natural supplements as secretagogues.
What is a secretagogue? Simply
it is any substance that stimulates the human body to release more
hormones. These products can be taken
individually or in combinations.
These combinations are often referred to as
hgh stacks. The theory is that
by combining ingredients together you can use slightly less of each
and receive a greater benefit.
Injectable hgh sometimes has side effects such as
joint swelling and carpal tunnel syndrome. These
are generally not side effects of normal hgh therapy but rather the
side effects of the continual and intentional
overdosing. These are problems encountered by
athletes and body builders who are really too young to benefit from
true medical therapy.
Fortunately there are no side effects from using
nutritional supplements other than good
health. Well that is actually the main
effect.
Some people might be sensitive to certain
ingredients. We always suggest that people start
with a dosage that is 20% of the products suggested serving
size. Then each day increase it an additional
20% each day until you get to the full dosage.
Just an extra safety precaution for people who might have
sensitivities to certain ingredients.
There is a very long list of different
ingredients that can naturally stimulate hormone
release. The list includes many amino acids,
antioxidants, vitamins, glandular extracts and herbs.
We are not going to give you a big bulleted list
now.
Instead we are going to start publishing a
series of articles on each individual
ingredient. These posts will include information
on the individual dosage that is necessary for that one ingredient
to work as a growth hormone releaser.
When you have all this information you will be
able to design a program for yourself.
You can probably save some money doing it
yourself. Alternatively you can purchase one of
the best hgh stacking products at a slightly
higher cost. Another possibility is to
accelerate your therapy by adding in extra of one or two key
ingredients.
We will soon be doing reviews of every hgh
product on the market. We will provide ratings
of hgh products based on a letter grade.
Stay tuned…. New stuff coming
everyday.

Good for Sylvester Stallone. Rather than be
bulldogged by the media frenzy and get defensive, he stood up for
his opinion and rights. My opinion of him has
gone up.
Now some of his facts were a little
simplistic. Of course so is the Today Show. Matt Lauer is no
Mike Wallace. The important part is that the
general tone of what he was saying is true.
See the way today’s news media works is that very
few people do any original research.
A story gets published somewhere, it gets picked
up by the wire services, and everyone else pretty much just reports
what the wire service said. Sometimes a little
extra will be added so a reporter can get a byline.
By the time it reaches the talking heads on the
TV news it is just a bunch of distilled fluff with frequent
inaccuracies. These errors start becoming facts
when enough people have repeated them without their integrity being
questioned.
An example is the phrase “the steroid
human growth hormone”. I never heard
that phrase until just recently. Why, because
somebody just invented it. They probably heard
hgh used in the same conversation as the word steroid and made a
false assumption.
Somehow it got into a news
report. Several mindless talking
heads later, the phrase starts getting used in everyday
conversation. A friend used it at lunch
yesterday.
The truth is that human growth hormone is
not a steroid. Anabolic steroids are
manufactured substances that act in the body similar to male
hormones. Pharmaceutical hgh is an actual
replica of the naturally produced hormone.
Sly, keep standing up for your
rights. You are a 61 year old
adult. I’ll bet you have even consulted with
your doctor be for choosing to use human growth hormone.
Now I am just waiting for the anti-aging medical
establishment to make themselves heard before Congress and the FDA
act rashly.
Go Rambo!!!

Overview & News
These days most of the news on human growth
hormone regards professional baseball players who buy injectable
hgh to use as a performance enhancer. Completely
ignored is over 20 years of extensive research on the
anti-aging benefits of hgh
products.
It is a great shame that the abuses of the few
can stand in the way of the benefits to the
many. There are millions of people who stand to
be denied the right to the legitimate use of this
therapy.
It is very interesting that the press has done
hundreds of reports on negative side effects both real and unproven
while ignoring the positive side. All the
hundreds of reports I have read in the past two weeks have
contained interviews with officials of any of the main anti-aging
medical associations. That
stinks.
Almost all the research shows that growth hormone
therapy can reverse the aging process by 5 to 10
years. The clock can literally be stopped and
turned back. No it is not a magical fountain of
youth. It is a step down the path of discovery
to even better therapies.
The pharmaceutical injectable
hgh is not for everyone. This route
makes little sense for most people under the age of
50. Also the total tab can run $6,000 to $10,000
per year. An expensive combination of doctors
visits, blood tests and prescriptions.
The best natural hgh products can provide
excellent results to people between the ages of 35 and
65. There are still benefits for older
individuals but there is also some research showing that hgh
releasers don’t work as well. The annual
cost of $600 is much more affordable.
Many anti-aging medical doctors work with their
patients on a balanced program using both
methods. Smaller less frequent injections are
combined with natural hgh supplements. This
balanced cycling approach can result in expenditures of under
$3,000 per year.
The longevity and anti-aging
category will feature specific articles on these different
approaches and how you can best utilize them. We
will also give light to the work of some researchers may a
different opinion. It’s only
fair.
This category will also feature current reports
on non human growth hormone news that we think will expand our
readers longevity knowledge.
Hopefully, we will be able to provide some
interviews medical practioners on the cutting edge of this
field. Unfortunately many of them are keeping a
lower profile. An understandable position given
the hostile attitude of the FDA. They will
probably resurface once the people, who were using anti-aging
clinics as fronts for illegal steroid distribution, are
rounded
up.

Sorry, we need to delay the
introduction of our series of product reviews of hgh.
The person, responsible for legal editing of the
reviews, had to go out of town on business. We
do have 42 reviews written and many more drafted
or researched.
Hopefully, it will only be a few days wait and
our comparisons will start publishing next week.
Legal editing is necessary because of my tendency
toward ranting. The reviews needed a little
“toning down”.
Some of my favorite phrases that had to be
removed were:
-
Flim flammers
-
Lawyer’s wet dream
-
Spray pushing
scammers
-
Marketers on crack
-
Lying assed weasels
-
Performance enhanced con
artists
While assurances have been given that it is
OK to use these terms in a general sense, their
use toward specific products could be considered libelous.
That is, if we are wrong and the manufacturer
can prove it.
Instead of assigning a fun phrase to each
product, we will be providing a rating based on ethical marketing,
ingredients, potential to actually work and
value. The ultimate hgh product will receive an
A+.
The worst buy will receive
an F.
We will compare them
all.
In the meantime, we will be continuing to build
the database of general information on human growth hormone.
Also the commentary on current events
will continue.
Stay tuned….

In the middle of writing a rant on the stupidity
that is the Congressional hearings on hgh in
baseball. The giant light bulb appeared above my
head. “Hey, there is something of even
greater value that you can do with this!” said the
little voice.
It came to me that I could use the same methods I
use in internet marketing to create social
change. Maybe something could be done about the
lunacy. All I had to do was find enough people
of the same opinion and we could collectively do something about
the problem. Not much chance of putting the
brakes on government stupidity in an election year but worth a
shot. Let us raise the whole level of
the debate!
My thinking went even further.
“Maybe everybody who wants to improve life as we know it could use
these techniques!” The power of social
marketing could be harnessed by all. The
homeless could be feed and sheltered. The
environment could be saved. The mainstream media
would stop the Britney Spears updates.
OK, I’ll admit, the thoughts were rapidly moving
from indignant and pissed, to euphoric flights of
fantasy. Time to reel this
in. Make it real for you.
Anyone out there who wants to bring about social
change, everybody who wants to make this a better more livable
planet for all, can use Web 2.0
tactics. It does not matter what you are
promoting. Your voice can become
louder. Your relevancy can become
greater.
Reach out and touch more
people. Learn about a system called Social Power
Linking. It was developed by some of the top
internet marketing experts. White hat good
guys. Their vision goes beyond
marketers. It is for everybody who
wants to increase their social profile.
The great miracle of Social Power Linking
is that it works best for those who desire to provide real value
through the internet. It works worst for those
spammy old style websters who want to sell you more Viagra and
cheap Chinese bootlegs.
Finally, there is a marketing product that can
even benefit the ehippies!
By this point those with a chip on their shoulder
are going, “Yuck, marketing”. Well, anyone who
thinks that organizations dedicated to social change don’t do
marketing hasn’t seen how many trees get killed
every year by non-profits asking me for more money.
Just because I am ranting about social change
does not mean there is anything wrong utilizing social marketing to
earn a few hundred or a few thousand extra
dollars. The opportunity for all people to be
able to support themselves is a worthy goal.
Besides, nobody is forcing you to keep the
money. I encourage you to donate all you can
afford. Tons more to say on that subject in a
later post.
Listen. Just go checkout
Social Power
Linking. No cost for
looking. Only takes a minute.
I am positive that there are many among you who can seize
the vision.

If someone is trying to sell you a Human growth hormone spray product,
HIDE YOUR WALLET!!!
That really says it all for me but the curious
among you are going to want to know why.
The simple truth is that we have never seen an
hgh spray product that is actually a good
product. It does not matter if it is
homeopathic, nutritional, or contains “real”
hgh. They are all a steaming pile of marketing
feces.
Let’s start with sprays that claim to be made
from real hgh. Just not
possible. There is no way to make a spray out of
the real pharmaceutical growth hormone. Even if
you could, there is no such thing as the largest amount legally
allowed. We are talking a prescription drug
here. You need a prescription to purchase
it. Where is the spray Viagra or Ambien or
insulin. There isn’t any because it is not
legal. It is a crime!
Moving on to nutritional hgh
products. There is no way to put enough of all
the ingredients they claim to contain into a few sprays to receive
enough of the vitamins to cause hormone release.
Homeopathic remedies do not work the way most of
the homeopathic hgh
products say they do. We do have a belief in
the effectiveness homeopathy when a remedy is used
properly. These products just don’t do
that. Especially beware of products that claim
to have homeopathic real human growth hormone.
This is not legal either. Where is the
homeopathic Viagra or Valium? There isn’t
any. We will talk more about homeopathics in an
upcoming series of posts.
There will also be more posts on “real”
sprays and nutritional sprays.
For now just remember our number one piece of
advice. When someone wants you to buy
a hgh spray product………
Hide Your Wallet!!!!

That is the question we will be exploring with
our continuous series of hgh product reviews. We
will be on a search to find the ultimate hgh supplement for you to
use.
There are a few points we want to make before
starting to post these reviews.
1)
The best human growth hormone product is probably the injectable
pharmaceutical which requires a doctor’s
prescription. Those prescriptions are
getting harder to obtain do to government harassment of medical
professionals. This treatment also costs
thousands of dollars per year.
2)
There is absolutely no way that the best hgh
product that you can buy online will be found in a spray
bottle. We will review these products anyway
because many people will go straight to the post on a particular
product. Skipping our basic piece on hgh oral
sprays. Plus it is kind of fun to hammer home
the point.
3)
That leaves nutritional supplements. The best
products we recommend will likely be some kind of pill, powder or
liquid. These releasers will also be the most
affordable. Be careful! Before you run out and
buy just any secretagogue, realize that most of the hgh
supplements on the market do not contain enough of the right
ingredients to provide you with the benefits you seek.
Now it is important to address a few
issues for those who posses a healthy skepticism regarding our
motives. Our motive is that we are sick of the
BS online and the stream of misinformation in old time
media.
-
We do not manufacture a hgh supplement.
-
We do not have an ownership interest in a company that
does.
-
We are not affiliate marketers of any hgh product.
-
Review posts will contain no links that lead to sales pages for hgh
products.
-
We might have links to reputable online retailers who carry a full
line of vitamins, herbs, etcetera at good prices. Oh, there might
be some adsense nonsense until we think of something
better.
The reviews we post are going to be as honest as
we can make them. The number one factor standing
in the way of honesty is that many companies who want you to buy
hgh online are deceptive about their
ingredients. Even Amazon does not require full
ingredient disclosure for nutritional supplements sold on their
site. Oh, the joyful moment the lawyers reading
this will have thinking of those nice deep pockets.
There are already 20 reviews written and over 100
fully researched reviews in draft form. We will
start posting them later today.
Let the games begin!

My god! The week has just started and already the
news on human growth hormone is on steroids.
To list just a few of the names reported in
today’s news stories on hgh: 50 Cents,
Donald Fehr, Steven Seagal, Dr. S. Jay Olshansky, Timbaland, Henry
Waxman, Marion Jones, Brian McNamee, Janice
Dickinson, George Mitchell, Mary J Blige, Bud Selig, Tyler Perry,
Charles Shumer, Rick Ankiel, Dr. Thomas Perls, Wycleff Jean, Chuck
Knoblauch, Andy Pettitte, Sylvestor Stallone, and oh yes, Roger
Clemens.
Human Growth Hormone news is having it’s biggest
day ever! 60 Minutes has two years worth of
special reports.
Unfortunately most of the news is
negative. All about prosecutions, steroids,
prescriptions in false names, all the side effec……
Obscured in all of this uproar are the positive
potentials of proper therapy. Well, maybe we can
return to normal tomorrow and have an intelligent
debate.
Oh! How could I
forget? Ringling Brothers Committee on Oversight
and Government Reform is holding hearings in just a few
hours. There is a politician born every
minute.
I was about to go all Dennis Miller on you but I
suddenly have a much better idea. At the moment
it seems brilliant.
I
going to post this now and write something more
uplifting. Promise to post it soon.
Our first
hgh

Overview & News
There is a lot of
controversy these days about human growth hormone. Some of it
legitimate and some of it not. Most of what the
public hears is about whether or not Roger Clemens used HGH while
playing baseball. There is also the secondary
noise about Andy Pettitte and Rick Ankiel. Did
Bud Selig and Andy Fehr facilitate this mess?
Can Major League Baseball survive? Oh, entering
on to the scene is that great trendsetter, the United States House
of Representatives. Now there are 435 people who
really need performance enhancement!
Once
again Henry ( Steal OUR Vitamins ) Waxman comes rushing to the
rescue.
Hmmm? War
in
Iraq, crumbling infrastructure, starving
children, these are just a few of the issues that would seem more
important. Tell me what does a House Government
Reform Committee have to do with
baseball?
This senseless side show of
Congressional hearings on the Mitchell Report comes
complete with accused celebrities indignantly
defending themselves or coming clean with the truth. Plus we get
the obligatory spectacle of dueling lawyers writing their names in
the snow.
Accompanying this cacophony is a lot of
incredible misinformation about hgh. The media
seems to have little need to do any factual
research. The press is following their standard
practice of copying a few quotes from some AP article or talking
head TV interview and using the same misinformation repeatedly
until it becomes public fact.
The problem is that most of
what they report is fiction.
The internet is full of sites that have
information. Much of it is just the same
rehashed basics designed to bring you in so that you can click on
an ad or buy the “recommended” mystical formula. ( OK, we have some
ads but this is obviously not a rehash job. )
Much of the material is structured by smart marketers to make it
look like experts are endorsing the specific product when the
expert’s research was really about the prescription pharmaceutical
growth hormone .
Now, we have nothing against marketing, we
just like it to be accurate. There are some very
good products on the market, it is just hard to find them amidst
the clutter.
So what is in it for
you? A single resource that can provide you with
all the information you need to make an informed decision about
human growth hormone. You will learn about all
the different forms of hgh and what each can or can’t do for
you.
Hghtruths.com is dedicated to finding the
true facts and reporting them to you. We are not
here to push any particular magic elixirs or
potions. We will provide detailed information
that will undoubtedly be colored by our personal
opinions. It should be easy for readers to know
which is which. If you have any trouble just
leave a comment and ask your question. Let us
know all of your questions and we will do our best to find the
answers.
