原料:
饼皮(最小号tortilla饼,或自制家常薄面饼),熟烤鸡肉,芝士(马苏里拉 和 cheddar)
调料:
黄油(butter),迷迭香(可省略)
做法:
1. 饼皮摊平,两面涂抹融化的黄油;
2. 鸡肉切小块, 放在饼皮1/3处,洒上适量芝士;
3. 顺势轻轻卷紧(两边开口),松口处朝下放在烤盘上,可以用牙签穿透固定,上面再刷一遍黄油;
4. 烤箱预热425F(220C),烤10-15分钟左右至饼皮松脆即可
