Pump three sprays in the mouth (preferably under the tongue) and then swallow, at the following times: (1) before breakfast; (2) mid-morning; (3) before lunch; (4) mid-afternoon (at least 60 minutes after lunch); and (5) before dinner. Use in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise program.
