Bingo.com has quickly become one of the largest and most popular UK online bingo sites. Their popularity has risen because of a combination of a lot of bingo games, excellent prizes (£40 million since 1999), a few side games, and a friendly community.

Site Design

The site design is bright and inviting – a theme that naturally carries through to the games themselves. You don't need to download software to play any of the games, because everything is browser based relying on Flash plugins. Loading times for the rooms seems a little slow but presumably that is largely down to the popularity of the games and the complexity of the software.

The game screen is well designed and intuitive enough for even the most novice of online bingo players. Account details, including name, cash, and bonus cash are displayed at the top of the screen. Below this is the game screen and then a mini game screen where you can play slots and other side games while you wait/play.

Wife of Brit-rocker Chris Martin loves to cook and loves the UK.

Blonde beauty Gwyneth Paltrow has recently made proclamations of love about the United Kingdom, where she lives with her husband and their two children, Apple and Moses.

Gwyneth met hubby Chris Martin (Coldplay front man) when she attended his concert in 2002. In the past she has called Britain "cold and depressing," but has since changed her mind, saying about London, "I love the parks. I love the zoo in Regent's Park. I love the places I go for dinner...and I love my friends. It's a pretty great city, you know."

London is not the only thing that the foxy mother-of-two loves. She has also been quoted as saying that she loves cooking.

"I cook all the meals for my house, I really love to cook," said Paltrow. "We have a wood burning pizza oven in our garden. Right now the weather is nice in London, so I'm using that oven a lot."

It's not much of a stretch to assume that the lovely Gwyneth is also a bingo lover, since she loves the UK, cooking and supporting her family! In fact I have several British mates who swear they've seen a Gwyneth look-alike frequenting the local bingo halls... Anything's possible!
