My discovery of the little piece of software known as CrossLoop began with my younger brother (who lives across the entire country from me at the moment) and his seemingly never-ending stream of computer problems. I would fix his computer and keep it running like new whenever I was able to come home and physically sit down at it, but the problem with that was I have only been home twice in the last four years… so he was either going to have to shuffle out some money to go get his computer fixed when he had a problem with it, or we were going to have to figure out something.
