Our house, the Golden sand Building, is one, in 2008, anew built guest house in Varkala (Kerala) in India, nearThiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum).
In our gigantic garden you experience a huge number of exotic flowers and plants,
about 20 coconuts palms, as well as a pawpaw tree, typically
in Kerala / Varkala.
These is in very quiet situation and are about 5 minutes (on foot) from the known one
Papanasham beach (famous beach in Kerala) remotely.
We place very big value of cleanness and friendliness,
all our rooms have European toilets (not the standart India
toilets).
The international airport of Trivandrum (airport initials TRV)
is 50 km away from Varkala.
By the car you reach us from the airport within one hour, with
Train in approx. 1 hours. The price of a taxi is about in 1000 INR / 15 euros of 20 USD
for the train about 20 INR / 0.30 euros of 0.40 USD.
