of Americans that live in the United States Take some form of
Vitamins and Supplements..One thing though that most people are not
aware of is that 90% of the nutrients are not absorbed into the
body..Which means that they are getting little or no affect from
the body and throwing their money out and are waisting their
vitamins which are of no value anyways.
The food we eat has very little nutrients in it because of the processing that it goes through. Even people who think they are eating a balanced died are not getting the proper nutrients.. Disease and sickness continues to get worse because our foods are containing less nutrients all of the time.
